1-year warranty on every Solni product
Every Solni physical product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material failure.
Covered: seam failure, gel-bead insert seal failure, fabric tears from normal use, elastic that loses stretch inside 12 months.
Not covered: damage from misuse, normal wear over more than a year, loss or theft.
To claim: email hello@solni.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll assess and either send a replacement or refund within 5 working days.
