Shipping: Free UK shipping on orders over £30. Under £30 is £3.99 tracked UK delivery. Delivery time is 7–12 working days from order confirmation via Royal Mail or DPD.

If your order hasn't arrived by day 15, email hello@solni.co with your order number. We don't ship internationally yet — coming in a later phase.

Returns: 60-day money-back trial on everything. Email hello@solni.co to start a return. We send return instructions and a return address. Refund lands within 5 working days of the return arriving.

Damaged on arrival: photo the packaging and item, email us, we replace it at no cost.
